Our team is made up of a wonderful mix of people.  Many year-round local staff return each spring to reopen and stay through the fall. Locals are always happy to answer your questions about the beaches, galleries, tides, and trails.

In more recent years our summer team include college students and employees from all corners of the globe – from Eastern Europe, South America, Africa & Asia, adding a new dimension for employees and guests as to a variety of customs and traditions.
