Fried Local Sea Scallops
Enjoyed "special presentation scallops" (not on the drop down list above, so I just chose the one that had scallops). This dish was awesome. The scallops were tender and flavorful (as always). What a great flavor and texture combination with greens and roasted potatoes, with just enough sauce on the greens not to overpower the delicate flavors. Great service made the evening even more delightful.
